It is our medical unit where radioactive substances are used in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases and functional imaging is performed in diseases related to almost every organ system. In this department, imaging is performed using advanced technological devices and nuclear medicine technicians under the supervision of nuclear medicine specialists. These devices, which are products of advanced technology, guide the diagnosis and treatment of diseases. In addition, PET/CT and scintigraphy methods help diagnosis. Images taken by the nuclear medicine department have an important place, especially in terms of early diagnosis, staging and treatment of cancer diseases.
