EMERGENCY SERVICES

Basic emergency health service refers to the provision of medical care in a specially designated area of the hospital, with the emergency doctor on duty having the necessary personnel and equipment to quickly provide health care to patients with urgent medical problems.
Our hospital provides emergency services 24/7 with a professional healthcare team. In case of emergency, necessary interventions are made by our expert doctors and healthcare team, depending on the patient's condition.

In the emergency department of our hospital, all equipment and materials required for life support for patients in emergency situations are available. As a cardiology center, our hospital provides angiography, etc. 24/7. operations are carried out. In line with urgent diagnoses and examinations, magnetic resonance (MR), computerized tomography (CT) and ultrasonography (US) services are provided 24/7.
It is a priority to reduce the time the patient spends in the emergency department to improve access to treatment and improve the quality of care. Our hospital has a categorization prepared in accordance with international health standards to shorten this period. Waiting times and urgency situations are determined individually depending on the course of the disease and the patient's condition. At the same time, waiting times and emergency interventions are organized depending on the categorization according to the physical examinations performed by both the support health team and the specialist physicians.

Red Area: Patients taken to the red area are life-threatening. In this area, traumas, severe allergic reactions, high fever, risk of heart attack, bleeding conditions, severe headaches, unconscious people, etc. All diseases that require urgent intervention fall into the red zone.

Yellow Area: Diseases that pose a risk of permanent damage, such as moderately severe traumas, accidents, and vaginal bleeding, are included in the yellow area.

Green Area: Diseases that are mildly severe and will not cause permanent damage if left untreated are taken to the green area.
