He was born in Eskişehir in 1966. He completed his primary education in Istanbul Yesilyurt District. He continued his education at Istanbul Boys' High School between 1977-1984. He completed his medical education at Istanbul University Faculty of Medicine between 1984 and 1990. He carried out his compulsory service at Çorum Ortaköy N.S.O between 1990-1991. Between 1992 and 1996, she completed her specialization in Child Health and Diseases at SSK Bakırköy Maternity Home. He performed his military service as an active officer at Ağrı Military Hospital in 1997-1998. He worked in Istanbul Private Hospitals between 1998-2000. He worked at Dalaman State Hospital uninterruptedly between 2000 and 2018. Since 2019, he has joined the Yücelen Group of Companies and has been serving in the Pediatrics Polyclinic at Private Ortaca Yücelen Hospital.
