Biography
Dr. Kubilay Karalezli was born in Osmaniye in 1958. He completed his education at Osmaniye Atatürk Primary School between 1964-1969, Osmaniye Central Secondary School between 1969-1972, Adana Boys' High School between 1972-1975, and Ankara Medical Faculty between 1976-1982.
