I was born in Muğla on 23.12.1967. I graduated from Dokuz Eylül University Faculty of Medicine in 1990. After graduating from Anadolu University Faculty of Business Administration in 2007, I completed my Master's degree in Health Institutions Management at Hoca Ahmet Yesevi University in 2008 and then the Department of Health Management and Management at the School of Hygiene in 2009. I am married and the father of two children. As of 20.08.2013, I have been working as the Chief Physician of Yücelen Muğla Hospital.
